"hello, stranger."

Why disarming? I have always loved movies and often find myself inspired by many of the characters that I have had the opportunity to meet through them. One of my favorite movies is Closer with Natalie Portman, Clive Owen, Julia Roberts, and Jude Law. Jude Laws character (Dan) tells Natalie Portmans character (Alice) that the euphemism he would use to describe her is "disarming". I have loved that word, that description, and the feeling it brings forth ever since.

My favorite definition of disarming is: "removing, or capable of removing, hostility, suspicion, etc., as by being charming: a disarming smile." and I would like to think that I do just that (or can at least strive to, daily).
